Cobalt Partners is advancing a 210-acre, mixed-use expansion at Pabst Farms spanning the City of Oconomowoc and the Village of Summit, with a master plan shaped by community input and municipal review. The site straddles I-94 and is generally bounded by Delafield Road, Sawyer Road, and Pabst Farms Boulevard—positioned to deliver a connected mix of retail, housing, and public spaces that reinforce the district’s live-work-play promise. Early approvals in the area include a planned 161,552-sq-ft Costco targeted for 2026, underscoring retail momentum as the broader plan proceeds through land-use, traffic, environmental, financing, and phasing analyses.
