As chief operating officer of Cobalt Partners, Dan Roskopf has played a pivotal role in shaping the Milwaukee-based development firm’s growth.

Before becoming COO in 2016, Roskopf was Cobalt’s vice president of development for more than 12 years, with responsibilities that included entitlements, project due diligence, site acquisition, project proformas, municipal approvals, government approvals (DNR, DOT, USACE, SEWPRC, etc.), financing, project management, project budgets and construction oversight
