Scott Yauck is president and CEO of Cobalt Partners LLC, a Milwaukee-based real estate development firm. Under his leadership, Cobalt has built a $750 million portfolio of transformative projects across Wisconsin.

Yauck holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a law degree from Marquette University. His career spans engineering, law and entrepreneurship, with a focus on large-scale, mixed-use developments.

Before founding Cobalt Partners, Yauck served as a real estate and business attorney at Quarles & Brady and as a senior consultant at Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture, where he worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies. He also acquired an industrial manufacturing company out of receivership and grew it from $2 million in annual revenue and 19 employees to more than $35 million in revenue and 300 employees before its sale to a strategic buyer in 2004.

At Cobalt Partners, Yauck has led development projects with tenants including the U.S. Postal Service, Aurora Health Care, Costco Wholesale, Target Corp., PNC Bank and Starbucks, among others.

Recognized as a top U.S. real estate influencer, Yauck remains active in civic leadership, serving on multiple boards and advancing projects that drive long-term community impact.
