A former Mequon water park is being sold to a local firm that plans to redevelop the property. Cobalt Partners plans to buy the Hy & Richard Smith JCC Water Park from the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center. The 6.5-acre water park, 11015 N. Market St., closed after the 2024 season because of financial constraints.
