A five-story mixed-use building with a 60,000-square-foot fitness center, a 30,000-square-foot grocery store and 120 luxury apartments is planned for the next phase of the OneNorth development in Bayside.

Milwaukee-based real estate developer Cobalt Partners plans to build a 212-unit apartment complex at 663 54th St. in Kenosha, according to plans filed with the city’s Plan Commission. The development, which will also include roughly 7,000 square feet of retail space, is part of the firm’s broader $450 million nine-block redevelopment effort known as the Kenosha Harbor District in Kenosha’s downtown area.

The former home of the North Shore Library in Glendale could be converted into a self-storage facility as part of a broader development planned by a firm known for creating mixed-use districts.
