[12.11.24] Developer who proposed Drew Tower in Tosa looks to turn old school into apartment building

A developer familiar to Wauwatosa plans to transform a former school site into a 357-unit apartment complex on Blue Mound Road in the Underwood Parkway neighborhood.

Developer John Vassallo is working with Milwaukee-based Cobalt Partners and Korb & Associates Architects to bring the apartment building and green space with walkways to the site of the former Wisconsin International Academy, 11811 W. Blue Mound Road.
